👉 **Earn Referral Points**: For every new customer you refer to us (who successfully completes a paid bin clean), you earn 1 referral point. Accumulate 5 referral points to receive 1 free residential wheelie bin clean.
👉 **No Expiry on Referrals**: Your referral points never expire! However, once you've earned a free clean, it must be redeemed within 90 days.
👉 **Redemption for Annual Subscribers**: If you've prepaid for a year of cleans, any earned free clean will be added to the end of your current subscription period.
👉 **Direct Debit Customers**: Customers who pay via direct debit and earn a free clean will receive a discount equivalent to one month's service added to their account.
👉 **Non-Exchangeable**: Referral points and free cleans have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other offers.
👉 **Scheduling**: Free cleans will be scheduled at the convenience of Life’s Bin Good Ltd. Due to high demand, there may be delays. We appreciate your understanding.
👉 **Modification and Termination**: Life’s Bin Good Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. However, earned referral points will be honored for 90 days after any announcement of program termination.
👉 **Acceptance**: Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Misuse of the program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of accumulated referral points and earned cleans.
👉 **Eligibility**: Regular customers and one-off customers (who have purchased a clean in the last 90 days) can make referrals. Once the referral has been made, there is no time limit.
