Wheelie-Bin Cleaning — Pay Upfront
Pay once at checkout for a one-off clean or a fixed prepaid package. There is no Direct Debit, recurring payment or automatic renewal.
Choose your cleaning option
- Prepaid cleaning: Choose a package scheduled every 3, 4 or 6 weeks, matching the service shown by our postcode checker.
- One-off cleaning: A single thorough clean arranged for the earliest suitable date.
- Emergency cleaning: Cleaning within 48 hours, subject to availability. The bin must be empty and accessible.
The exact number of cleans included and the complete upfront price are displayed after you select your bin type and cleaning cycle.
What is included
- Thoroughly pressure-wash the inside
- Clean the lid, handles and main touchpoints
- Apply an antibacterial treatment
- Finish with a fresh deodoriser
- Return the bin neatly to your property
How the service works
After you order, we will contact you to confirm your collection schedule and first cleaning date. We normally visit after the council has emptied your bin, so please leave it accessible until 6pm.
If your selected bins are emptied during different weeks, we will make separate visits at no additional charge.
Food-caddy cleaning is an add-on service. Scheduled caddy cleaning must accompany a full-size wheelie-bin package and use the same cleaning cycle. A one-off food-caddy clean is completed only with a full-size wheelie-bin clean or eligible wheelie-bin package in the same order.
Your package ends automatically after the included cleans. We’ll contact you near the end to ask whether you would like to buy another package.
