What “Any Size House” means: the fixed-price offer covers one standard domestic home at one address where the gutters can be reached safely from ground level using our normal equipment. It does not cover multiple or separate buildings, blocks of flats, commercial premises, exceptionally large or complex properties, specialist access equipment, roof work, repairs or underground drainage. We may ask for photographs before confirming. If the property falls outside the offer, we will agree a separate quote before carrying out work; if you do not accept it, we will cancel the booking and refund any payment for work not supplied.
